Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made by bank transfer to the account of Valencia Process Engineering S.L. (IBAN: ES21 0049 0001 5020 1234 5678) in accordance with the following schedule:
- 30% upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and project commencement (€10,360.02 incl. VAT).
- 40% upon delivery of the interim process simulation report and HAZOP findings (€13,813.36 incl. VAT).
- 30% upon final acceptance of the complete engineering report and closure of the project (€10,360.02 incl. VAT).
Invoices will be issued in accordance with Spanish tax regulations (Ley 58/2003, General Tax Law). Late payments will accrue interest at the rate established by the Spanish Ministry of Finance for the applicable period.
4. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate constitutes a firm offer for the Chemical Engineer services described herein and is binding upon written acceptance by the client within the validity period stated above.
- All work performed by the Chemical Engineer and supporting staff shall comply with the Spanish Occupational Health and Safety Act (Ley 31/1995), the Chemical Agents Regulation (RD 374/2001), and all applicable EU and regional Spain Valencia regulations.
- The Chemical Engineer shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of €1,000,000 per claim, valid throughout the duration of the project in Spain Valencia.
- Intellectual property rights in all reports, drawings, and process models produced under this Quotation Estimate shall vest in the client upon full payment. The provider retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with prior written consent.
