• Development of a comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) compliance plan aligned with the Tanzania Environment Management Act (Cap. 391) and the Tanzania Occupational Safety and Health Act.
• Process simulation and optimization using industry-standard software (Aspen Plus, HYSYS) to ensure energy efficiency and minimize waste output in line with Tanzania's national industrial sustainability targets.
• Preparation of detailed technical documentation, including equipment specifications, material take-off schedules, and construction supervision plans for the Chemical Engineer's oversight during the build phase.
• Two (2) on-site supervision visits per month during the construction period, with the Chemical Engineer physically present at the Tanzania Dar es Salaam project site to verify compliance with design specifications.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) via bank transfer to the account of Tanzania Chemical Engineering Solutions Ltd. at the National Bank of Commerce, Dar es Salaam Branch. The payment schedule is structured as follows:
