- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this validity period shall be subject to re-evaluation of rates by the Chemical Engineer and the consultancy firm.
- All services described herein shall be performed by a qualified and licensed Chemical Engineer registered with the Turkish Chamber of Chemical Engineers. The engineer's professional liability insurance (minimum coverage of TRY 5,000,000) shall be maintained throughout the project duration.
- Work shall be conducted at the client's premises in Turkey Ankara (Ostim Organized Industrial Zone) during standard business hours (08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday). Overtime or weekend work, if required, shall be billed at 1.5x the standard daily rate.
- The client shall provide safe access to all plant areas, existing technical documentation, process data, and any permits necessary for the Chemical Engineer to perform the scope of work in Turkey Ankara.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond 10% of the original estimate shall require a written change order signed by both parties. The Quotation Estimate amounts shall be adjusted proportionally.
- Intellectual property rights in all deliverables (reports, diagrams, simulation files) shall transfer to the client upon full payment. The Chemical Engineer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with client's written consent.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Ankara Commercial Courts in Turkey Ankara, in accordance with the Turkish Code of Obligations (Türk Borçlar Kanunu No. 6098).
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the initial payment milestone is received.
This Quotation Estimate assumes that the existing plant infrastructure in Turkey Ankara is in a condition suitable for the described modifications. It does not include the cost of procurement of new equipment, raw materials, or third-party laboratory testing. Travel and accommodation costs for the Chemical Engineer, if the project site is located more than 50 km from central Ankara, shall be billed at actual cost with a 10% administrative surcharge. Force majeure events as defined under Turkish law shall suspend obligations without penalty.
