- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in the United Arab Emirates Dubai engineering services sector.
- All Chemical Engineer personnel assigned to this project shall hold valid UAE professional licenses and meet the qualification requirements set by the Dubai Municipality and the relevant UAE regulatory bodies.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of detailed design phase, and 30% upon successful commissioning and handover. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Gulf Petrochemical Engineering Consultants LLC, Dubai, UAE.
- The Chemical Engineer team shall maintain full professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of AED 5,000,000 throughout the project duration, as mandated for engineering consultants operating in the United Arab Emirates.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a formal variation order, mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties, with corresponding adjustments to cost and timeline.

Delays attributable to the client or third-party authorities in the United Arab Emirates Dubai region shall extend the project schedule on a day-for-day basis without additional cost to the client.
