This Quotation Estimate is based on the following assumptions: the client's existing plant documentation is complete and accessible; site access in United Kingdom Manchester is available during standard working hours (08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday); no major scope changes exceeding 10% of the original design basis will be requested without a formal variation order. The engagement of the Chemical Engineer team assumes that all third-party vendor quotations for major equipment (reactors, heat exchangers, control systems) will be provided by the client within agreed milestones. Costs associated with civil works, electrical installation, and mechanical fabrication are excluded from this estimate and will be procured separately by the client.

- Apex Process Engineering Ltd maintains Professional Indemnity Insurance of not less than £5,000,000 and Public Liability Insurance of not less than £10,000,000, valid throughout the project duration.
