- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. After the expiration date, pricing and availability of the assigned Chemical Engineer are subject to reconfirmation.
- Payment Schedule: 30% non-refundable deposit upon execution of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of the HAZOP study and process modeling deliverables; 30% upon final acceptance of all documentation and regulatory submittals.
- Project Duration: Estimated completion within fourteen (14) weeks from the date of the initial kickoff meeting, subject to timely client feedback and availability of facility access in United States Miami.
- Revisions: Up to two (2) rounds of revisions on all engineering reports are included. Additional revision cycles will be billed at the hourly rate of the assigned Chemical Engineer ($185.00/hr).
- Travel & Expenses: All local travel within the Miami-Dade County area is included. Any travel outside this radius will be billed at actual cost plus 10% administrative surcharge.
- Confidentiality: All data, process information, and proprietary materials shared by the client will be treated as strictly confidential. The Chemical Engineer and all supporting personnel are bound by a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) executed prior to project commencement.
- Professional Liability: Apex Process Engineering Solutions, LLC carries Professional Liability (Errors & Omissions) insurance with a minimum coverage of $2,000,000 per occurrence. A certificate of insurance will be provided upon request.
- Regulatory Compliance: All engineering services will comply with the Florida Statutes Chapter 455, the National Board of Pressure Vessel Inspectors (NBPI) standards, and all applicable United States federal and state environmental and safety regulations governing industrial operations in Miami, Florida.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
