All services will be performed in strict compliance with New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) regulations, the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) standards, and applicable OSHA safety protocols governing industrial chemical operations within the United States New York City jurisdiction.

Terms & Conditions
  1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and availability of the assigned Chemical Engineer are subject to re-evaluation.
  2. Payment terms: 30% upon execution of the contract, 40% upon completion of the design and permitting phase, and 30% upon successful commissioning and delivery of the final report. All payments are due within thirty (30) days of invoice date.
  3. All engineering services will be performed by a Professional Engineer (PE) licensed as a Chemical Engineer in the State of New York, United States. The responsible Chemical Engineer for this project is Dr. Margaret L. Chen, PE (NY License No. 114829).
  4. Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters described in this Quotation Estimate will require a written change order signed by both parties. Additional costs will be calculated at the hourly rate of $285.00 for the Chemical Engineer and $145.00 for supporting engineering staff.
  5. All work will be conducted in accordance with the New York State Uniform Construction Code, local United States New York City building codes, and all applicable federal regulations. The firm carries professional liability insurance in the amount of $5,000,000 per occurrence.
  6. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal agreement is executed by both parties. The firm reserves the right to withdraw this estimate if the client's facility is found to be in non-compliance with existing environmental or safety regulations prior to commencement of work.
  7. Confidentiality: All process data, proprietary formulations, and operational information shared during the engagement will be treated as strictly confidential by the Chemical Engineer and all supporting staff. A mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be executed prior to the start of work.
  8. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the United States New York City jurisdiction under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
