- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and availability of the assigned Chemical Engineer are subject to revision.
- Payment Schedule: 30% upon execution of the contract, 40% upon delivery of the process design package, and 30% upon final commissioning sign-off. All payments are due within net-30 days of invoice date.
- Licensing and Compliance: The Chemical Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate holds an active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license issued by the State of California and is fully insured with General Liability coverage of $2,000,000 and Professional Indemnity coverage of $5,000,000.
