  • Payment Schedule: 30% upon execution of the contract, 40% upon delivery of the process design package, and 30% upon final commissioning sign-off. All payments are due within net-30 days of invoice date.
  • Licensing and Compliance: The Chemical Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate holds an active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license issued by the State of California and is fully insured with General Liability coverage of $2,000,000 and Professional Indemnity coverage of $5,000,000.
