This Quotation Estimate is issued by Ing. Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three (3) installments: thirty percent (30%) upon contract execution, forty percent (40%) upon completion of the design and simulation phase (Items 02 through 05), and the remaining thirty percent (30%) upon final delivery of the engineering report and successful commissioning. All payments shall be processed in United States Dollars (USD) via wire transfer to the designated account of Ing. Quimico Consultores C.A., registered under RIF J-30456789-1, operating in Venezuela Caracas.
This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. The Chemical Engineer services described herein are subject to the availability of the assigned professional and the client's timely provision of all necessary plant data, access permits, and regulatory clearances required to conduct work within the Venezuela Caracas industrial zone. Any scope modifications requested by the client beyond the parameters defined in Section 2 will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate issued within five (5) business days. The Chemical Engineer shall maintain full professional liability insurance and shall comply with all occupational health and safety protocols mandated by the Venezuelan Ministry of Labor for industrial operations in Venezuela Caracas.
Important Note: This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. All intellectual property generated by the Chemical Engineer during the engagement shall remain the property of the client upon full payment.
