3. TERMS AND CONDITIONSPayment Terms
- 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service contract.
- 40% upon completion of the process design, HAZOP study, and technical drawings delivered to the client in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
- 30% upon successful commissioning and handover of the Chemical Engineer-designed unit.
Delivery and Schedule
- Total project duration: 14 weeks from the date of contract execution.
- All deliverables will be submitted in both Vietnamese and English to satisfy Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City regulatory filing requirements.
Validity and Acceptance
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision after the expiry date due to potential fluctuations in material costs and labor rates in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
- Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate constitutes agreement to all terms, conditions, and scope of work described herein.
- The Chemical Engineer services described are non-transferable and must be performed by the named professional or an equivalently qualified substitute approved in writing by the client.
Liability and Insurance
- The Chemical Engineer and the contracting company carry professional indemnity insurance with a coverage of no less than VND 1,000,000,000, valid throughout the project duration in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
- Liability for design errors is limited to the total contract value stated in this Quotation Estimate.
