This Quotation Estimate is issued by Apex Chemical Engineering Solutions (Pvt) Ltd in response to the request for professional Chemical Engineer consultancy services for the design, commissioning, and operational optimisation of a 5,000 L/hour water treatment and chemical dosing plant located in the Chitungwiza Industrial Area, Zimbabwe Harare. The scope encompasses all engineering deliverables, site supervision, regulatory compliance, and post-commissioning support as detailed below.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to fluctuations in the USD/ZWL exchange rate or changes in material costs within Zimbabwe Harare.
• All services shall be rendered by a qualified and registered Chemical Engineer holding a valid practising certificate issued by the Engineering Council of Zimbabwe (ECZ). The lead engineer for this project is Eng. R. Chikafu, MSc (Chemical Engineering), ECZ Reg. No. CE-2014-0891.
• Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this quotation, 40% upon completion of design deliverables (Ref 3.2 and 3.3), and 30% upon successful commissioning and handover. All payments shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) to the company bank account in Harare.
• The Chemical Engineer and Apex Chemical Engineering Solutions (Pvt) Ltd shall comply with all applicable Zimbabwean legislation, including the Environmental Management Act [Chapter 20:27], the Factories and Works Act, and the Occupational Safety and Health Act.
• Any variation in scope beyond the items listed in Section 3 shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued in writing and accepted by both parties before additional work commences.
• All intellectual property, design documents, and process data generated under this engagement shall become the property of the client upon full payment.
• Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Zimbabwe Harare in accordance with the Arbitration Act [Chapter 7:15] of the Laws of Zimbabwe.
• The contractor shall maintain adequate professional indemnity and public liability insurance throughout the duration of the project.

This Quotation Estimate assumes that the client will provide safe access to the project site in Zimbabwe Harare, existing utility connections (water, electricity, drainage), and all necessary permits for construction activity. The following are excluded from this estimate: procurement of major process equipment (pumps, reactors, tanks), civil and structural works, electrical switchgear supply, and any third-party laboratory testing fees. Should the Chemical Engineer identify additional requirements during the site survey, a revised quotation will be issued within five (5) working days.
