1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in chemical supply costs within Afghanistan Kabul and the broader region.
2. Payment Terms: A 40% advance payment is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to initiate procurement. The remaining 60% shall be due within fourteen (14) days of successful delivery and installation at the client's site in Kabul. Payments may be made via bank transfer to our account at Kabul Bank, Afghanistan, or through an internationally recognized escrow service.
3. Delivery & Lead Time: Standard delivery within Afghanistan Kabul is estimated at 10 to 15 business days from the date of confirmed order. International-sourced Chemist reagents and equipment may require an additional 5 to 7 days for customs clearance at Kabul International Airport (KBL) or the land border crossing at Torkham.
4. Quality Assurance: All pharmaceutical-grade materials and chemical reagents supplied under this Quotation Estimate are sourced from ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturers. Each shipment is accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) and Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS). Our resident Chemist team in Kabul performs incoming quality inspection before handover to the client.
5. Installation & Training: The on-site Chemist technical training session will be conducted at the client's facility in Afghanistan Kabul. The training covers safe handling of chemical reagents, proper use of laboratory equipment, waste segregation protocols, and emergency response procedures in line with Afghan occupational health regulations.
6. Warranty: All equipment items carry a minimum 12-month manufacturer's warranty. Our Chemist support team in Kabul will respond to any technical issue within 48 hours. Consumable items (reagents, PPE, glassware) are excluded from the warranty period.
7. Cancellation & Amendments: Cancellation of this Quotation Estimate after the advance payment has been received will result in a 10% administrative fee being deducted from the refund. Any amendments to the scope of work must be submitted in writing and will be reflected in a revised Quotation Estimate issued by our office in Kabul.
8. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the commercial laws of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation in Kabul, Afghanistan, before escalation to the relevant commercial court.
9. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to political instability, natural disasters, or disruptions to transportation corridors within Afghanistan Kabul or the surrounding region.
Acceptance & AuthorizationBy signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, pricing, and scope of work outlined in this Quotation Estimate for Chemist services and supplies in Afghanistan Kabul.
