- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to fluctuations in reagent costs, currency exchange rates applicable in Argentina Buenos Aires, or changes in regulatory requirements.
- All services will be performed by qualified and licensed Chemist professionals registered with the Colegio de Farmacéuticos de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires and in full compliance with ANMAT regulations.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of 75% of the contracted services, and 20% upon final delivery and acceptance of all reports and documentation. Payments shall be made in Argentine Pesos (ARS) via bank transfer to the account specified in the commercial invoice.
- All laboratory analyses and chemical testing will be conducted at our certified facility located at Av. Corrientes 2340, Buenos Aires, Argentina, or at the client's premises in Buenos Aires as mutually agreed upon.
- Confidentiality: All data, formulations, and proprietary information shared in connection with this Quotation Estimate and subsequent contract shall be treated as strictly confidential by LabQuímica Buenos Aires S.R.L. and its Chemist staff in accordance with Argentine data protection law (Ley 25.326).
- Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment and additional Quotation Estimate prior to execution.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and a definitive service agreement is executed.
- Applicable law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, with exclusive jurisdiction of the commercial courts of the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
