- Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all chemist service rates and product prices may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Argentina Córdoba.
- Scope of Services: All chemist services listed herein are to be performed by licensed and certified pharmaceutical chemists registered with the Colegio de Farmacéuticos de la Provincia de Córdoba. Each service delivery will include a signed certification document.
- Payment: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of invoice issuance via bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice. Late payments will incur a monthly interest rate of 3% as per Argentine commercial law.
- Delivery: All physical products (reagents, kits, supplies) will be delivered to the designated facility in Córdoba, Argentina, within five (5) business days of order confirmation. The chemist in charge will verify product integrity upon delivery.
- Warranty: All chemist-certified products carry a minimum twelve (12) month warranty from the date of delivery. Any defective items will be replaced at no additional cost within the warranty period.
- Confidentiality: All pharmaceutical data, formulation details, and patient-related information handled by our chemist team in Córdoba, Argentina, shall be treated with strict confidentiality in accordance with Argentine data protection law (Ley 25.326).
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or supply chain disruptions affecting the Province of Córdoba.
