Important Conditions – Chemist Services in Australia Sydney
3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Pricing is subject to change based on Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) schedule updates, wholesale supplier price adjustments, or changes in Australian federal or New South Wales state pharmacy legislation.
3.2 All pharmaceutical products supplied under this Quotation Estimate will be sourced from TGA-registered wholesalers and will comply with the Australian Pharmaceutical Standards (APS) and the Poisons Standard (Schedule 1–8). The chemist responsible for dispensing holds a current AHPRA registration and is licensed to practise in the state of New South Wales, Australia Sydney.
3.3 Payment is due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. Late payments will incur interest at the rate prescribed under the Australian Consumer Law. All amounts are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 10%.
3.4 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service agreement must be executed by both parties prior to the commencement of any chemist services. The terms herein are indicative and subject to final negotiation.
3.5 The chemist provider reserves the right to substitute equivalent pharmaceutical products where the originally specified item is unavailable, provided the substitution meets or exceeds the therapeutic equivalence and is approved in writing by the prescribing medical officer.
3.6 All services will be delivered in accordance with the Pharmacy Board of Australia's professional standards and the specific regulatory requirements applicable to pharmacy operations in Australia Sydney, including the NSW Health Pharmacy Act 1996.
3.7 This Quotation Estimate is confidential and intended solely for the named recipient. It may not be reproduced or distributed without the prior written consent of Harbour City Chemist & Pharmacy Pty Ltd.
