3. Delivery and Logistics – Bangladesh Dhaka
All chemical products listed in this Quotation Estimate will be delivered to the client's designated facility in Bangladesh Dhaka within seven (7) working days from the date of confirmed purchase order. Our dedicated Chemist logistics team operates from our Uttara warehouse and covers all districts within the Dhaka Metropolitan Area, including Mirpur, Dhanmondi, Gulshan, Banani, Mohammadpur, and surrounding industrial zones. Hazardous materials will be transported in compliance with the Bangladesh Hazardous Waste Management Rules, 2009, and all vehicles will carry proper chemical safety placards and emergency response kits.
4. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market fluctuations in raw chemical costs within Bangladesh.
- Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon confirmation of this Quotation Estimate; 60% balance payment within fifteen (15) days of successful delivery and acceptance. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to our account at BRAC Bank, Dhaka Branch, Bangladesh.
- Quality Assurance: Every batch of chemical reagent supplied by our Chemist team will be accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) and a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS). The client reserves the right to reject any lot that fails to meet the specified purity grade.
- Warranty: All products carry a twelve-month shelf-life warranty from the date of manufacture. In the event of product degradation under proper storage conditions, our Chemist team will replace the affected items at no additional cost.
- Regulatory Compliance: All chemical products are sourced from approved manufacturers and comply with BSTI standards, BDA guidelines, and the Bangladesh Environmental Conservation Act, 1995.
