Terms and Conditions of this Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After 15 July 2025, prices may be subject to revision due to fluctuations in pharmaceutical supply costs within Belgium Brussels.
- All pharmaceutical products supplied by our Chemist are sourced exclusively from EU-approved manufacturers and are fully compliant with the Belgian Federal Agency for Medicines and Health Products (FAMHP) regulations and EU Directive 2001/83/EC.
- Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the RIB account specified in the header. Late payments are subject to a 10% penalty as per Belgian commercial law (Code de commerce, Art. 57).
- Delivery is limited to the Belgium Brussels metropolitan area (postal codes 1000–1200). Deliveries outside this zone will incur an additional surcharge of 15% on the logistics line item.
- All custom compounding and sterile preparation services are performed by a registered Chemist holding a valid Belgian pharmacy licence issued by the Brussels-Capital Region government.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service agreement must be executed by both parties before any goods are dispatched or services rendered.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, Belgian national strikes, or public health emergencies, may affect delivery timelines. Our Chemist team will provide 48-hour advance notice of any such delays.
- Confidentiality: All patient data and institutional information handled by our Chemist services are protected under the Belgian Privacy Act (Loi du 30 juillet 2018) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved by the competent courts of Brussels, Belgium, in accordance with Belgian civil and commercial law.
