- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on reagent costs, equipment calibration cycles, and prevailing market conditions in Canada Montreal.
- All services will be performed by a qualified Chemist holding a Ph.D. in Analytical or Pharmaceutical Chemistry, registered with the Ordre des chimistes du Québec (OCQ), and supported by a team of certified laboratory technicians.
- Payment terms: 40% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of mid-project deliverables, and 20% upon final report submission. All payments are due in Canadian Dollars (CAD) via electronic transfer to our Montreal, Canada banking account.
- Our Chemist team guarantees a minimum 99.2% accuracy rate on all analytical results. Any result falling below this threshold will be re-analysed at no additional cost to the client.
