- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date of July 12, 2025, pricing may be subject to revision due to fluctuations in raw material costs, reagent availability, or changes in Canadian federal or provincial regulatory requirements.
- All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are inclusive of all standard laboratory consumables, reagents, and equipment usage within our Canada Vancouver facility. Additional travel expenses for on-site services beyond the City of Vancouver metropolitan area will be billed at $0.65 per kilometre in accordance with Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) guidelines.
- Payment terms: 50% deposit due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 50% balance due within thirty (30) days of final delivery and acceptance of all chemist services and deliverables. Late payments will incur interest at 1.5% per month as permitted under the British Columbia Interest Act.
- All chemist services will be performed by licensed pharmacists and registered chemists in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia. Our Canada Vancouver laboratory operates under a current Quality Management System (QMS) certified to ISO 17025:2017 standards.
- The client acknowledges that all compounded pharmaceutical products and analytical results are subject to the jurisdiction of Health Canada, the British Columbia Ministry of Health, and the applicable federal and provincial regulations governing the practice of pharmacy and chemical analysis in Canada.
- Confidentiality: All data, formulations, and proprietary information exchanged in connection with this Quotation Estimate shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) of Canada.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government-mandated closures, or supply chain disruptions affecting the Canada Vancouver region.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate may be indicated by written confirmation or by remittance of the initial deposit.
