This Quotation Estimate is issued by Química Andina Laboratorios SpA, a registered laboratory and consultancy firm operating in Chile Santiago, to provide comprehensive Chemist professional services to Farmacéutica del Pacífico Ltda. - Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to fluctuations in reagent costs, exchange rates, or regulatory changes in Chile.
- Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 30% upon completion of the stability testing phase; 30% upon final delivery of all reports and regulatory submissions. Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Química Andina Laboratorios SpA, Banco de Chile, Santiago branch.
- Deliverables: All analytical reports, certificates of analysis, stability data packages, and regulatory documents will be delivered in both digital (PDF) and printed format. The final regulatory dossier will be submitted electronically to the ISP in Santiago, Chile, on behalf of the client.
- Chemist Availability: The Lead Chemist and supporting team shall be available for on-site meetings in Santiago, Chile, during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00). Emergency consultations may be arranged at an additional rate of 50% above the standard hourly fee.
- Confidentiality: All data, samples, and proprietary information exchanged in connection with this Quotation Estimate shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with Chilean Law No. 19.628 on Intellectual Property and applicable data protection regulations.
- Compliance: All services will be performed in strict compliance with Chilean pharmaceutical regulations, ISP guidelines, ICH Q-series recommendations, and the Chilean Pharmacopoeia (13th Edition). The Chemist team guarantees adherence to GLP and GMP standards throughout the engagement.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters (seismic activity relevant to the Santiago region), government-mandated closures, or supply chain disruptions.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Santiago, Chile.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept the terms, scope, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for Chemist professional services to be rendered in Chile Santiago. This document constitutes a binding commercial proposal upon countersignature by both parties.
