Terms & Conditions of this Quotation Estimate
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised due to fluctuations in the pharmaceutical supply chain within DR Congo Kinshasa.
- Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 60% balance due within fourteen (14) days of confirmed delivery. Payments may be made via bank transfer to Pharmacie Kinshasa Excellence, BCC Bank, Kinshasa branch, or by certified cheque.
- Delivery: All chemist products will be delivered to the client's designated facility in Kinshasa, DR Congo, within ten (10) business days of receipt of the advance payment. Temperature-sensitive items will be transported in validated cold-chain equipment.
- Regulatory Compliance: All pharmaceutical products supplied under this Quotation Estimate are registered with the ANRSP and comply with the Ministry of Health of the Democratic Republic of Congo. The chemist services provided are rendered by licensed pharmacists registered with the Ordre des Pharmaciens de la RDC.
- Warranty & Returns: All products carry a minimum of twelve (12) months from the date of manufacture. Any product found to be damaged, expired, or non-conforming upon delivery may be returned within five (5) business days for a full replacement or credit.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to civil unrest, natural disasters, government sanctions, or disruptions to the port of Matadi affecting supply chains into DR Congo Kinshasa.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Republic of Congo. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Kinshasa under the rules of the Centre d'Arbitrage de Kinshasa.
- Confidentiality: All pricing, client data, and commercial terms contained in this Quotation Estimate are strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.
