Important Note: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. All pricing is subject to confirmation of current Egyptian Drug Authority (EDA) import tariffs and local market fluctuations in Egypt Alexandria. The Chemist team reserves the right to adjust unit prices for items affected by currency devaluation or supply chain disruptions, with a minimum of 14 days' written notice. Terms & Conditions

This Quotation Estimate constitutes a formal offer by PharmAlex Chemist & Pharmacy Co. and is binding upon written acceptance by the client within the validity period stated above.
All pharmaceutical products supplied by our Chemist operation are sourced exclusively from EDA-licensed distributors and carry full traceability documentation, including batch numbers, manufacturing dates, and expiration dates.
Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% upon delivery of the first quarterly supply, and 20% upon completion of the final service milestone. All payments in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) via bank transfer to our Alexandria branch account.
Delivery is scheduled within the Alexandria Governorate boundaries, including the coastal districts of Montazah, Smouha, and the central Corniche area. Delivery outside Alexandria Governorate will be quoted separately.
The Chemist consulting services (Ref 02, 05, 07) require a minimum 48-hour advance booking. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to a scheduled session will incur a 50% fee.
All compounding work (Ref 03) is performed in our GMP-certified laboratory located in the Seafront District, Alexandria, under the direct supervision of a licensed senior Chemist holding a valid Egyptian pharmacy practice license.
This Quotation Estimate does not include any costs related to customs clearance for imported medications, which will be itemized separately upon request.
Disputes arising from this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Alexandria courts.
Our Chemist team in Egypt Alexandria maintains full professional indemnity insurance coverage of EGP 10,000,000, valid for the duration of this contract.
