- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, prices are subject to revision based on current market rates in Egypt Cairo and fluctuations in the Egyptian Pound exchange rate.
- Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon order confirmation; 60% balance due within fifteen (15) business days of successful delivery and acceptance at the client's Cairo premises. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the company's account at National Bank of Egypt, Cairo branch.
- Delivery: All items will be delivered to the designated location within Egypt Cairo within ten (10) business days of receiving the confirmed purchase order. Cold-chain items will be transported in validated insulated vehicles with continuous temperature logging.
- Quality Assurance: Every batch of chemical or pharmaceutical product supplied by our Chemist team will be accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (CoA), Certificate of Origin, and, where required, a free-sale certificate. The client reserves the right to reject any lot that fails to meet the specified pharmacopoeial standards.
- Regulatory Compliance: All products and services described in this Quotation Estimate are provided in full compliance with the Egyptian Drug Authority (EDA) licensing requirements, the Egyptian Environmental Affairs Agency (EEAA) hazardous material handling protocols, and the Egyptian Occupational Health and Safety regulations applicable in Cairo.
- Warranty: A twelve-month warranty is provided on all laboratory equipment and storage units. Pharmaceutical and chemical products carry a minimum shelf life of eighteen (18) months from the date of manufacture at the time of delivery.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government-mandated closures, natural disasters, or national emergencies declared in Egypt.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any subsequent contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt.
