This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Pharmacie du Quartier Latin, a registered and licensed Chemist operating in France Paris, in response to the procurement request submitted by Hôpital Saint-Louis. Note: Certain pharmaceutical products may be subject to reduced VAT rates (5.5% or 10%) as per French tax legislation. The final VAT calculation will be adjusted upon issuance of the formal invoice. This Quotation Estimate uses the standard 20% rate for conservative budgeting purposes.

Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised to reflect changes in wholesale pharmaceutical costs, exchange rates, or regulatory adjustments within France Paris.
Payment Terms: Payment is due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. Late payments shall incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month in accordance with French commercial law (Code de Commerce, Article L441-10).
