Terms and Conditions of this Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision upon expiry due to fluctuations in the Ghanaian Cedi exchange rate and global pharmaceutical supply costs.
- All pharmaceutical products supplied by our Chemist facility in Ghana Accra are sourced from FDA-registered manufacturers and carry valid batch numbers, manufacturing dates, and expiry dates clearly indicated on packaging.
- Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining fifty percent (50%) due within fourteen (14) days of confirmed delivery at the client's facility in Accra.
- Delivery is scheduled within five (5) working days of receipt of the advance payment. Cold-chain items will be transported in temperature-monitored containers to maintain integrity throughout transit within the Accra metropolis and surrounding areas.
- The Chemist consultation service (Item 7) includes a comprehensive review of all prescribed medications, identification of potential drug interactions, and a written report submitted to the hospital's pharmacy department within ten (10) working days of each quarterly engagement.
- All products are covered by a quality guarantee. Any item found to be damaged, expired, or non-conforming upon delivery will be replaced at no additional cost to the client within seven (7) days.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Purchase Order is issued by the client and countersigned by our authorized representative.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Ghana Accra.
- Our Chemist facility operates in full compliance with the Ghana Pharmacy Act, 2016 (Act 931), and all relevant regulations of the Food and Drugs Authority of Ghana.
