3. Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices may be revised based on market fluctuations in Bangalore, India pharmaceutical supply chains.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within fifteen (15) days of the monthly invoice date via NEFT/RTGS to the bank account of MediChem Pharmacy & Chemist Services Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore, India. A 1.5% monthly interest shall apply on overdue payments.
- Delivery: All pharmaceutical products and chemist services shall be delivered to the designated facility in Bangalore, India within the timelines specified. Emergency chemist supply within the Bangalore metro area shall be fulfilled within two (2) hours of request.
- Quality Assurance: All products supplied under this Quotation Estimate shall be sourced from licensed manufacturers and verified by our in-house qualified Chemist. Batch testing reports and certificates of analysis shall accompany every consignment.
