1. This Quotation Estimate is issued by Mumbai Chemist & Pharma Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a registered pharmaceutical entity operating under the Drug and Cosmetics (Mumbai) Rules, and is binding only upon written acceptance by the client.

All pharmaceutical products supplied under this estimate shall be handled, stored, and dispensed in strict accordance with the guidelines issued by the Maharashtra State Drug Controller, India Mumbai. Our resident Chemist shall maintain a complete log of batch numbers, manufacturing dates, and expiry dates for every consignment.
3. Payment terms: 50% advance against the Quotation Estimate acceptance and 50% within 15 days of monthly delivery and invoice issuance. Payment shall be made via NEFT/RTGS to our designated bank account in Mumbai, India Mumbai.
4. Delivery schedule: Weekly deliveries on Tuesdays and Fridays between 08:00 and 14:00 IST. Emergency restocking within 4 hours is available at an additional 15% surcharge on the affected line items.
5. The Chemist assigned to this contract shall hold a valid Maharashtra State Pharmacy Council registration and shall be available for on-site consultation as per the hours specified in Line Item 5.
6. Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, India Mumbai, and governed by the laws of India.
7. Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed lockdowns, or supply chain disruptions affecting the India Mumbai region, shall extend the delivery timelines proportionally without penalty to either party.
8. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract until countersigned by both parties. The final service agreement shall be executed within 7 working days of acceptance.
