- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any order placed beyond this validity period in New Delhi, India, shall be subject to revised pricing by the chemist supplier.
- All prices quoted in this Quotation Estimate are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of 18% GST as mandated by the Government of India for pharmaceutical and chemist products.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Delhi Chemist & Pharmaceutical Services Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi. A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the order, and the remaining 50% is due upon delivery and acceptance at the client's premises in New Delhi.
- The chemist supplier guarantees that all medicines and pharmaceutical products listed in this Quotation Estimate are sourced from licensed manufacturers and comply with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, and the regulations of the Drug Controller General of India (DCGI) and the Delhi Drug Control Department.
- Delivery of all chemist products and equipment shall be completed within fifteen (15) working days from the date of receipt of the advance payment, at the designated location in New Delhi, India.
- Warranty on pharmacy counter equipment is twelve (12) months from the date of installation. The chemist software license is valid for one (1) year with free updates and technical support within the New Delhi metropolitan area.
- Any changes in scope, quantity, or specifications after the acceptance of this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate issued separately by the chemist supplier.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Purchase Order is issued by the client and accepted in writing by Delhi Chemist & Pharmaceutical Services Pvt. Ltd.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
- The monthly chemist consultation and regulatory compliance advisory service shall be conducted at the client's premises in New Delhi or via video conference, as mutually agreed upon by both parties.
