3.1 Validity: This quotation estimate for chemist services in Indonesia Jakarta is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to fluctuations in chemical reagent costs, exchange rates, or regulatory changes within Indonesia Jakarta.
3.2 Payment Terms: Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the designated account of PT Nusantara Chemist Laboratories. A 40% advance payment is required upon acceptance of this quotation estimate, with the remaining 60% due within fourteen (14) days of service completion or delivery in Indonesia Jakarta.
3.3 Delivery & Service Location: All chemist products shall be delivered to the client's designated facility within Indonesia Jakarta. On-site services, including chemist consultation, training, and quality control testing, shall be conducted at the client's premises in Indonesia Jakarta unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.4 Regulatory Compliance: All chemist activities, product supplies, and documentation shall comply with BPOM regulations, Indonesian pharmaceutical law (UU No. 17 Tahun 2023), and GMP standards applicable in Indonesia Jakarta. Our chemist team holds valid professional licenses issued by the Indonesian Pharmacists Association (SIAP).
3.5 Intellectual Property: All custom formulation data, compounding records, and analytical reports generated under this quotation estimate remain the exclusive property of the client. PT Nusantara Chemist Laboratories shall not disclose any proprietary chemist information to third parties without written consent.
3.6 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or supply chain disruptions affecting Indonesia Jakarta.
3.7 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this quotation estimate shall be resolved amicably. Failing mutual agreement, disputes shall be referred to the Commercial Court of Indonesia Jakarta (Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat) in accordance with Indonesian law.

All prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are inclusive of standard packaging.
