3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision due to fluctuations in chemical reagent costs, exchange rate variations between the Iranian Rial and the US Dollar, or changes in operational demand within Tehran.
3.2 Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in two installments: fifty percent (50%) upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service contract, and the remaining fifty percent (50%) upon delivery of the final chemist reports and completion of all laboratory analyses. Payments may be processed via bank transfer to the designated account of Tehran Advanced Chemist Laboratory Co. or through an approved Iranian financial institution.
3.3 Delivery and Reporting: All chemist analysis reports, certificates of analysis, and compliance documentation shall be delivered in both Persian (Farsi) and English. Digital copies will be provided within five (5) business days of sample completion, while hard copies will be couriered to the client's registered address in Tehran.
3.4 Chemist Qualifications: All services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be performed by licensed and certified chemists holding valid credentials from the Iranian Ministry of Health and Medical Education. The lead chemist supervising this project holds a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Tehran and possesses over fifteen years of professional experience in pharmaceutical and environmental chemistry.
3.5 Confidentiality: Tehran Advanced Chemist Laboratory Co. guarantees full confidentiality of all client data, proprietary formulations, and analytical results. No information obtained during the execution of this Quotation Estimate shall be disclosed to third parties without written consent from the client.
3.6 Cancellation and Amendment: The client may cancel this Quotation Estimate without penalty prior to the commencement of any laboratory work. Once chemist services have been initiated, a cancellation fee of twenty percent (20%) of the total estimated value shall apply. Any amendments to the scope of work must be documented in a written addendum signed by both parties.
3.7 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the civil and commercial laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Tehran, Iran.
Note: This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding preliminary estimate of costs for the chemist services described herein. Final pricing may be adjusted based on the actual volume of samples, complexity of analyses, and any additional requirements identified during the project planning phase in Tehran. All prices are exclusive of travel expenses for on-site chemist visits outside the Tehran metropolitan area.By signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the chemist services to be rendered in Iran, Tehran.
