- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this period will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market pricing in Iraq Baghdad.
- All Chemist services and pharmaceutical products listed herein are subject to availability and compliance with the Iraqi Ministry of Health import and distribution regulations. The Chemist team will ensure all products carry valid registration numbers issued by the Iraqi Drug and Medical Devices Authority.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon delivery of the first quarterly batch, and 20% upon completion of the final service period. Payments shall be made in US Dollars via bank transfer to the account specified in the commercial invoice.
- Delivery of all pharmaceutical products and chemical reagents will be made to the client's facility in Karrada District, Baghdad, Iraq. Delivery times for standard orders will not exceed five (5) business days from confirmed purchase order.
- The Chemist services include a dedicated account manager who will coordinate all communications, resolve supply issues, and ensure regulatory compliance throughout the contract period in Iraq Baghdad.
- Any changes to the scope of work, additional product requests, or modifications to service frequency must be submitted in writing and will be addressed through a supplementary Quotation Estimate addendum.
- All chemical substances and pharmaceutical products will be stored, transported, and handled in accordance with international safety standards and Iraqi environmental regulations. Proper Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) will accompany all chemical deliveries.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement. Acceptance of this document signifies intent to proceed but does not obligate either party to commence services.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to political instability, supply chain disruptions, or government-imposed restrictions in Iraq, may affect delivery timelines. The Chemist provider will notify the client within 48 hours of any such event.
- All intellectual property, proprietary formulations, and confidential information shared during the engagement shall remain the property of the disclosing party and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
