- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Chemist Provider reserves the right to revise pricing due to fluctuations in reagent costs, labor rates, or regulatory changes in Japan Tokyo.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days from the date of invoice issuance. A 50% advance payment is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure laboratory scheduling and Chemist team allocation in Japan Tokyo.
