1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Chemist Provider reserves the right to revise pricing due to fluctuations in the Kazakhstan Almaty chemical and pharmaceutical market.
2. All chemical reagents and pharmaceutical compounds listed in this Quotation Estimate are supplied in strict compliance with the Republic of Kazakhstan's Pharmaceutical Code and the requirements of the State Sanitary-Epidemiological Service of Almaty.
3. Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 50% due within fourteen (14) business days of confirmed delivery to the client's facility in Kazakhstan Almaty.
