General Terms — GreenLeaf Chemist & Pharmacy Ltd., Kenya Nairobi
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision upon expiry due to market fluctuations in the Kenya Nairobi pharmaceutical sector.
- All pharmaceutical products supplied by this Chemist are guaranteed to be within their expiry dates (minimum 18 months remaining) and comply with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB) regulations of Kenya.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 50% due within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of GreenLeaf Chemist & Pharmacy Ltd., Equity Bank, Nairobi Branch.
- Delivery within Kenya Nairobi city limits is included in the quoted prices. Deliveries outside Nairobi Metropolitan Area shall attract an additional transport surcharge of KES 5,000 per trip.
- The Chemist reserves the right to substitute any product with an equivalent therapeutic alternative of equal or higher quality should the original item be temporarily unavailable, subject to prior written approval from the client.
- All professional services rendered by the Chemist team are subject to the Code of Ethics of the Pharmacy and Poisons Board of Kenya. Confidentiality of patient and institutional data is strictly maintained.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. Upon acceptance, a Service Level Agreement (SLA) will be executed.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, Cap 15 of the Laws of Kenya.
- GreenLeaf Chemist & Pharmacy Ltd. holds a valid Pharmacy Licence (No. PHC/2024/00873) issued by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board, Kenya, and operates in full compliance with all national and local regulations in Kenya Nairobi.
