3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to fluctuations in pharmaceutical import costs, exchange rate variations, or changes in Kuwaiti regulatory requirements.
3.2 Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in quarterly instalments, with the first payment due within fifteen (15) business days of contract execution. All payments are to be made in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) via bank transfer to the account designated by Al-Nakheel Chemist & Pharmaceutical Services LLC. A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month shall apply to outstanding balances.
3.3 Delivery and Logistics: All pharmaceutical products and equipment referenced in this Quotation Estimate shall be delivered to the designated facility in Kuwait Kuwait City. Our chemist logistics team ensures temperature-controlled transport for all sensitive medications, with full chain-of-custody documentation provided upon each delivery.
