  • Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of laboratory analysis; 20% upon delivery of the final technical report. Payment to be made via bank transfer to our account at Banco de México, Mexico Mexico City branch. A CFDI (Comprobante Fiscal Digital por Internet) invoice will be issued for each payment in compliance with SAT regulations.
  • Scope of Work: The Chemist services described herein are limited to the items listed in this Quotation Estimate. Any additional testing, re-analysis, or scope modification will require a written amendment signed by both parties and may result in a revised Quotation Estimate.
  • Regulatory Compliance: All analytical procedures performed by our Chemist team will adhere to current COFEPRIS (Comisión Federal para la Protección contra Riesgos Sanitarios) regulations, NOM standards applicable in Mexico Mexico City, and international pharmacopeia guidelines (USP, EP, or Mexican Pharmacopoeia as specified by the client).
  • Confidentiality: All data, samples, and proprietary information provided by the client will be treated as strictly confidential. Our Chemist personnel are bound by non-disclosure agreements in accordance with Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
  • Deliverables Timeline: Upon receipt of the advance payment, the Chemist team will commence work within five (5) business days. The complete project, including all laboratory analyses and final reporting, is estimated for completion within forty-five (45) calendar days from project initiation.
  • Warranty & Re-testing: In the event of a disputed result, one (1) re-test of the affected sample will be performed at no additional cost, provided the request is made within ten (10) business days of report delivery. The Chemist responsible for the original analysis will conduct the re-test under supervised conditions.
  • Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the commercial laws of the United Mexican States, with jurisdiction in the courts of Mexico Mexico City, Federal District.
  • Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or public health emergencies affecting operations in Mexico Mexico City.
