Terms and Conditions of this Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices may be revised to reflect changes in pharmaceutical import costs, exchange rate fluctuations, or regulatory adjustments in Morocco Casablanca.
- All pharmaceutical products supplied by our Chemist pharmacy are sourced exclusively from authorized distributors registered with the Moroccan Ministry of Health and comply with the standards set by the Moroccan Pharmacopoeia and the Agence Nationale de Réglementation du Marché des Produits de Santé (ANRMPH).
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon contract signing; the remaining 50% shall be settled in two equal quarterly installments. Payments are to be made via bank transfer to the account of Pharmacie du Maârif, Bank: Attijariwafa Bank, Casablanca, RIB: 007 600 0001234567890 12.
- The Chemist services described herein are provided by a pharmacist holding a valid license issued by the Ordre des Pharmaciens du Maroc (OMP) and registered with the Casablanca regional health authority (Direction Régionale de la Santé, Casablanca).
- Delivery of pharmaceutical products within the Morocco Casablanca urban area is included at no additional cost. Deliveries to surrounding provinces (Mohammedia, Bouskoura, Berrechid) will incur a supplementary transport fee of 150 MAD per delivery, to be confirmed in writing.
- Any cancellation or modification of the contract after the first month of service will be subject to a penalty of 10% of the remaining contract value, in accordance with Moroccan commercial law (Code de Commerce, Articles 199–210).
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and stamped the formal service agreement. The final contract will be drafted in both French and Arabic, as required by Moroccan commercial regulations.
- All compounded preparations will be prepared in strict accordance with Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP) guidelines and the specific protocols approved by the Moroccan health authorities. Batch records and stability data will be made available to the client upon request.
- Confidentiality: All patient data, clinical records, and commercial information exchanged in the course of this engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential in compliance with Moroccan data protection law (Loi 09-08) and the professional secrecy obligations binding on every licensed Chemist in Morocco.
