- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, prices may be revised due to market fluctuations in the Nepal Kathmandu pharmaceutical supply chain.
- Payment Terms: A 50% advance payment is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 50% balance shall be settled within seven (7) working days of confirmed delivery at the client's premises in Kathmandu.
- Delivery: All pharmaceutical products and medical supplies will be delivered within five (5) working days of receiving the advance payment. Delivery is limited to the Kathmandu Valley region, including Kathmandu, Lalitpur, and Bhaktapur districts.
- Quality Assurance: MediCare Chemist & Pharmacy Pvt. Ltd. guarantees that all products supplied are genuine, within their expiry dates (minimum 18 months remaining), and sourced from licensed manufacturers approved by the Department of Drug Administration, Nepal.
- Licensing & Compliance: This Chemist operates under a valid Drug License issued by the Department of Drug Administration, Government of Nepal, and complies with all regulations set forth by the Nepal Pharmacy Council and the Ministry of Health and Population.
- Warranty: All medical devices (thermometers, blood pressure monitors) carry a manufacturer's warranty of twelve (12) months. Any defective items will be replaced at no additional cost within the warranty period.
- Rejection & Returns: The client may inspect all goods upon delivery. Any damaged, expired, or non-conforming items must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. MediCare Chemist will arrange replacement or refund for rejected items.
- Tax Compliance: All prices are exclusive of VAT. A valid VAT invoice will be issued in accordance with the Inland Revenue Department, Nepal regulations. The client is responsible for any additional local taxes or duties applicable in Nepal Kathmandu.
- Confidentiality: All business information exchanged under this Quotation Estimate shall be treated as confidential by both parties and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved amicably. In the event of failure to reach a mutual agreement, the matter shall be referred to the competent court of law in Kathmandu, Nepal.
