This Quotation Estimate is issued by Amsterdam Chemist & Pharmacy Group B.V. to provide a detailed cost breakdown for the full range of Chemist services to be delivered at the client's facility located in Netherlands Amsterdam. Our licensed Chemist team, operating under the supervision of the Dutch Medicines Evaluation Board (CBG) and in full compliance with the European Union Pharmaceutical Directive 2001/83/EC, will deliver the following services on a monthly retainer basis with an initial setup period of six (6) weeks.
The Chemist services encompass prescription dispensing, sterile and non-sterile compounding, pharmaceutical inventory management, cold-chain logistics for temperature-sensitive medications, patient counselling, and regulatory documentation. All operations will be conducted in accordance with the Dutch Medicines Act (Geneesmiddelenwet) and the specific licensing requirements of the municipality of Amsterdam within the Netherlands.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all prices and availability of Chemist services are subject to revision based on current market conditions in the Netherlands Amsterdam pharmaceutical sector.
- All prices quoted are in Euros (EUR) and include the applicable Dutch Value Added Tax (BTW) at the standard rate of 21%, unless otherwise stated. No additional municipal surcharges from the City of Amsterdam shall apply.
- Payment terms: 50% of the total Quotation Estimate value is due upon contract signing, and the remaining 50% shall be invoiced monthly in arrears. Payment is due within thirty (30) days of invoice date via bank transfer to the account of Amsterdam Chemist & Pharmacy Group B.V.
- The Chemist services described herein require a valid Dutch pharmacy operating licence (Apotheekvergunning) held by the client or a co-licence arrangement. Our team will assist with the application process to the Amsterdam municipal authority at no additional cost.
- All pharmaceutical products dispensed or compounded under this agreement shall comply with the European Pharmacopoeia and the Dutch Medicines Act. The Chemist personnel are registered with the Dutch Pharmacists' Association (KNMP) and hold valid professional liability insurance.
- Force majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government-mandated closures, or supply chain disruptions affecting the Netherlands pharmaceutical market.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance form. The final service agreement will be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, with jurisdiction vested in the District Court of Amsterdam.
- Confidentiality: All patient data, prescription records, and proprietary formulary information handled by our Chemist team shall be protected in accordance with the Dutch Implementation Act of the GDPR (UAVG) and the European General Data Protection Regulation.
- Any changes to the scope of Chemist services, additional locations within the Netherlands Amsterdam metropolitan area, or extended operational hours must be agreed upon in writing and will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
