This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all pricing for chemist services and pharmaceutical products listed herein may be subject to revision based on current New Zealand Auckland market conditions and supplier cost fluctuations.
All pharmaceutical products and chemist services described in this Quotation Estimate are subject to the Pharmacy Act 1973 (New Zealand) and the regulations administered by the Pharmacy Council of New Zealand. No Schedule 2 or Schedule 3 product will be dispensed without a valid prescription from a New Zealand-registered medical practitioner.
Payment terms: 50% deposit due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; the remaining 50% to be invoiced monthly in arrears. All payments are to be made in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) via bank transfer to the account details provided by Auckland Central Chemist & Pharmacy Ltd.
Delivery of all chemist-supplied pharmaceutical products will be made to the client's designated facility within New Zealand Auckland. Delivery windows are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30, excluding New Zealand public holidays as gazetted by the New Zealand Government.
Cold-chain integrity for temperature-sensitive products will be maintained throughout the New Zealand Auckland delivery route. Temperature logs will be provided with each delivery and are available for audit by the client or the New Zealand Auckland District Health Board upon request.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate implies agreement to all terms, conditions, and regulatory obligations specific to the practice of a chemist in New Zealand Auckland.
Any changes to the scope of chemist services, product quantities, or delivery locations within New Zealand Auckland must be communicated in writing and will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate before implementation.
Liability: Auckland Central Chemist & Pharmacy Ltd. shall not be held liable for adverse outcomes arising from the misuse of pharmaceutical products by the client or its patients. All chemist services are provided with the highest standard of care expected of a registered pharmacy in New Zealand Auckland.
Governance: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting service agreement shall be governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation in Auckland, New Zealand, in accordance with the Disputes Standards Act 2017.
