  1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to fluctuations in pharmaceutical wholesale costs, exchange rates, or regulatory changes within New Zealand.
  2. All prices quoted are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include the applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 15%, as administered by the Inland Revenue Department of New Zealand.
  3. Wellington Chemist & Pharmaceutical Services Ltd. operates as a fully licensed Chemist under the Pharmacy Act 1983 (New Zealand) and holds a valid Community Pharmacy Licence issued by the Ministry of Health, New Zealand Wellington region.
  4. Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice. Late payments will incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1993 (New Zealand).
  5. All pharmaceutical products supplied under this Quotation Estimate will be sourced from approved New Zealand and international wholesalers and will comply with the Therapeutic Products (Pharmaceutical) Regulations 2015.
  6. The Chemist services described herein will be delivered by registered pharmacists and pharmacy technicians who hold current practising certificates issued by the Pharmacy Council of New Zealand.
  7. Any changes to the scope of work, quantities, or service levels outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed upon in writing by both parties before implementation. A supplementary Quotation Estimate will be issued for any such amendments.
  8. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of clinical outcomes. All pharmaceutical advice and dispensing services are subject to the professional judgement of the responsible Chemist and applicable New Zealand clinical guidelines.
  9. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, with jurisdiction vested in the District Court of Wellington, New Zealand.
  10. Confidentiality: All patient information and commercial data exchanged under this Quotation Estimate shall be treated in strict confidence in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 (New Zealand).

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate. This document, once executed, forms the basis of the service agreement between Wellington Chemist & Pharmaceutical Services Ltd. and the Wellington Regional Health Authority for the provision of pharmaceutical and Chemist services in the New Zealand Wellington region.
