- Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issuance. Beyond this period, the Chemist supplier reserves the right to revise pricing based on current market conditions in Nigeria Abuja.
- Payment Terms: A fifty percent (50%) advance payment is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining fifty percent (50%) balance shall be settled within seven (7) working days of confirmed delivery at the designated location in Abuja, Nigeria.
- Delivery: All items listed in this Quotation Estimate shall be delivered within fourteen (14) working days from the date of receipt of the advance payment. Delivery shall be made to the Federal Medical Centre Abuja, Garki, Nigeria Abuja, at no additional cost to the client.
- Quality Assurance: All pharmaceutical and chemical products supplied by this Chemist firm are guaranteed to be genuine, within their expiration dates (minimum 18 months remaining), and fully compliant with NAFDAC and PCN regulations. Certificates of Analysis and NAFDAC registration numbers shall accompany each consignment.
- Warranty and Returns: In the event of any product arriving damaged, expired, or not conforming to the specifications stated in this Quotation Estimate, the Chemist supplier shall replace the affected items within five (5) working days at no additional charge to the client.
- Taxation: All prices stated in this Quotation Estimate are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at 7.5% as applicable in the Federal Capital Territory. No additional charges shall be levied beyond the total amount stated herein.
- Regulatory Compliance: ChemistPro Nigeria Ltd. holds a valid Pharmacy Practice License (PPL) issued by the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria, a NAFDAC Distribution License, and a valid Certificate of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria. All operations are conducted in strict compliance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved amicably through negotiation. In the event of failure to reach a resolution, the matter shall be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Abuja, Nigeria.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all commercial information exchanged in connection with this Quotation Estimate and shall not disclose pricing or terms to third parties without prior written consent.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations under this Quotation Estimate due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or civil unrest in Nigeria Abuja.
