Terms and Conditions of this Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any order placed beyond this period is subject to price revision based on current market conditions in Nigeria Lagos.
- All pharmaceutical products supplied by Lagos Wellness Chemist & Pharmacy Ltd. are sourced from NAFDAC-registered manufacturers and carry valid batch numbers, manufacturing dates, and expiry dates clearly indicated on packaging.
- Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining fifty percent (50%) due within fourteen (14) days of confirmed delivery to the designated facility in Nigeria Lagos.
- Delivery is estimated within seven (7) working days from the date of confirmed order and receipt of advance payment. Cold-chain items (insulin, vaccines) will be delivered in temperature-monitored containers to maintain integrity.
- All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are inclusive of NAFDAC registration fees and Pharmacy Council of Nigeria compliance charges applicable in Nigeria Lagos.
- Lagos Wellness Chemist & Pharmacy Ltd. shall provide a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) and NAFDAC registration certificate for each batch of pharmaceutical product delivered.
- The Chemist in charge of this contract, Pharm. Adebayo O. Okonkwo (PCN License No: PCN/2019/04521), shall be available for on-site consultation and quality assurance oversight throughout the supply period.
- Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with jurisdiction in Lagos, Nigeria.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by the authorized representatives.
- Warranty: All pharmaceutical equipment (refrigerators, dispensing counters) carries a minimum twelve (12) month manufacturer's warranty. Pharmaceutical products are warranted to be free from defects at the time of delivery.
