- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all prices are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Pakistan Islamabad.
- All chemist products and pharmaceutical items listed herein are sourced from DRAP-licensed manufacturers and distributors operating within Pakistan. Certificates of Analysis (CoA) and batch records will accompany every delivery.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 50% upon delivery and inspection, and the remaining 20% within fourteen (14) days of final invoice issuance.
- Delivery is scheduled within five (5) working days of order confirmation for all items located within the Pakistan Islamabad metropolitan area, including Rawalpindi and the surrounding cantonment zones.
- Cold-chain logistics for temperature-sensitive chemist products will be maintained at 2°C to 8°C throughout transit, with real-time temperature logging provided to the client.
- Any substitution of chemist products due to supply unavailability will require prior written approval from the client's procurement authority. No substitution shall be made without mutual consent.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Purchase Order (PO) is issued by the client and countersigned by Capital Chemist & Pharmaceutical Services (Pvt.) Ltd.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and shall be adjudicated in the competent courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
- Our chemist team in Islamabad is available for on-site consultations, product demonstrations, and regulatory compliance reviews at no additional charge during the contract period.
- Warranty: All pharmaceutical and chemical products carry a minimum shelf life of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery. Any product found to be below the stated shelf life will be replaced at no cost to the client.
