Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all prices and availability of Chemist services must be reconfirmed in writing.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and the remaining 50% within seven (7) working days of final delivery and service completion in Pakistan Karachi.
- All pharmaceutical products supplied under this Quotation Estimate are sourced from DRAP-licensed manufacturers and distributors operating within Pakistan Karachi and the broader Sindh province.
- The Chemist services outlined herein shall be performed by a registered pharmacist holding a valid license from the Sindh Pharmacy Council, Pakistan Karachi chapter.
- Delivery of all items shall be made to the client's designated address in Pakistan Karachi. Any change of delivery location within Karachi city limits shall not incur additional charges; however, delivery outside Karachi city limits will be quoted separately.
- Warranty: All medical devices and diagnostic equipment carry a minimum one-year manufacturer warranty. Pharmaceutical products are warranted to be within their stated expiry dates at the time of delivery.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and stamped the acceptance copy. The Chemist services shall commence only upon receipt of the advance payment.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.
- The client acknowledges that the Chemist services provided are for professional medical use only and that all medications must be dispensed in accordance with valid physician prescriptions as mandated by Pakistani law.
