- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices and availability of chemical reagents may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in Peru Lima.
- Payment Terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 60% upon completion of each monthly service cycle. Payments to be made via bank transfer to Banco de Crédito del Perú, Cta. Cte. N° 194-582736-0-19.
- Delivery and Service Location: All laboratory analyses and on-site Chemist services will be conducted at the client's facility in Lima, Peru, or at our accredited laboratory located in San Isidro, Lima. Travel within the Lima metropolitan area is included; travel to other regions will be quoted separately.
- Regulatory Compliance: All Chemist services are performed in accordance with Peruvian legislation, including D.S. N° 009-2009-MINAM (Environmental Management), D.S. N° 016-2010-MINAM (Hazardous Waste), and the General Law of Chemicals (Ley General de Sustancias Químicas). Our firm holds active certification from INACAL and the Colegio de Químicos del Perú.
- Confidentiality: All data, samples, and analytical results obtained during the execution of this Quotation Estimate shall be treated as strictly confidential by our Chemist team and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent from the client.
- Warranty: Analytical results are guaranteed for a period of ninety (90) days. In the event of a discrepancy, our senior Chemist will re-analyze the sample at no additional cost.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or supply chain disruptions affecting chemical reagent availability in Peru Lima.
- Acceptance: This Quotation Estimate becomes a binding contract upon written acceptance by both parties. The client's signature below constitutes full agreement to all terms, conditions, and the scope of Chemist services described herein.

María Elena Quispe Rojas, registered Chemist (N° CIP-PE-44821), hereby certify that this Quotation Estimate accurately reflects the professional services, technical capabilities, and chemical supply offerings of Laboratorio Químico del Pacífico S.R.L. in Peru Lima.
