Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, the Chemist and Santos Analytical & Chemical Consulting reserve the right to revise pricing due to changes in reagent costs, labor rates, or Philippine regulatory requirements.
2. Payment Terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the total amount shall be paid upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate as a down payment. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be settled within fifteen (15) days from the submission of the final report and certification. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the firm's account at BDO Unibank, Makati City, Philippines.
3. Scope Limitation: The services outlined in this Quotation Estimate are limited to the geographic area of Metro Manila, Philippines, as specified. Any additional site visits or services outside this area shall be subject to a separate Quotation Estimate and additional travel charges.
4. Professional Standards: The Chemist performing all services under this Quotation Estimate is duly licensed by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) of the Philippines and shall adhere to the Code of Ethics for Professional Chemists as promulgated by the Philippine Association of Professional Chemists (PAPC).
5. Confidentiality: All data, samples, and findings generated during the course of this engagement shall be treated as confidential property of the client. The Chemist and the firm shall not disclose any proprietary information to third parties without written consent, in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.
6. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the matter shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines.
7. Acceptance: This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by the client and countersigned by the Chemist or authorized representative of Santos Analytical & Chemical Consulting.
