Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any order placed after the expiry date will be subject to re-pricing based on current market conditions in Qatar Doha.
All Chemist services described herein shall be performed by licensed and registered professionals holding valid permits issued by the Qatar Ministry of Public Health and the Pharmacy Council of Qatar.
Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; the remaining 50% shall be due within fourteen (14) days of service completion or final delivery, whichever is later. Payments shall be made in Qatari Riyal (QAR) via bank transfer to our designated account in Doha.
Delivery of all pharmaceutical products and reagents shall be made to the client's facility located in Qatar Doha at no additional cost. Delivery outside the Doha metropolitan area (including Al Rayyan, Al Wakrah, and Al Khor) may incur a surcharge of QAR 150 per trip, to be confirmed in writing.
All custom-compounded preparations and laboratory reagents shall comply with the Qatar National Drug Authority (QNDA) regulations, the WHO Good Manufacturing Practice guidelines, and applicable ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards.
The Chemist on-call support service (Item 8) includes unlimited telephone consultations but does not include physical on-site visits beyond the four scheduled QA audits listed in Item 2. Additional on-site visits will be billed at QAR 1,800 per visit.
Any changes to the scope of work, quantities, or delivery schedule must be communicated in writing to the project manager at Doha Chemist & Pharmaceutical Services LLC. A revised Quotation Estimate will be issued within five (5) business days of receiving such a request.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Purchase Order is issued by the client and countersigned by both parties. All terms herein are subject to the laws of the State of Qatar.
Confidentiality: All patient data, prescription records, and institutional information shared during the course of these Chemist services shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written consent, in accordance with Qatar's data protection regulations.
Dispute resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts in Qatar Doha.
