- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all pricing for Chemist services and materials must be renegotiated in writing.
- All Chemist personnel assigned to this project will hold valid professional certifications recognized by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and will operate within the legal framework governing pharmaceutical activities in Russia Moscow.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the mid-project milestone, and 20% upon final delivery and sign-off of all Chemist reports and documentation.
- All work will be performed at the client's designated laboratory facility in Russia Moscow. Travel and accommodation costs for the Chemist team, if required for multi-site engagements, are included in the above totals.
- Confidentiality: All data, formulations, and research findings generated by the Chemist team shall remain the exclusive property of the client. A mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) must be executed prior to commencement of work.
- Any changes to the scope of Chemist services beyond those listed in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a supplementary amendment and revised pricing, to be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved in accordance with the civil legislation of the Russian Federation, with jurisdiction vested in the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow, Russia Moscow.
- The Chemist team shall comply with all applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations in force in Russia Moscow, including waste disposal protocols for chemical reagents and laboratory by-products.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept the terms, conditions, and pricing set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the provision of Chemist services in Russia Moscow. This document, once countersigned, shall serve as the contractual basis for the engagement.
